Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 370(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 370(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. **The presence of Representative Foster was noted. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 370(FIN)?" Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 370(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. **The presence of Representative Moses was noted.
